We encourage you to provide constructive, helpful information so that we can understand and consider your request efficiently. Suggestion for changes to next year’s Rule Book must be received by July 15. All suggestions are reviewed first by the WA 4-H Equine Rule Book Committee, then approved by the WA 4-H Equine Committee and the WA State 4-H Program Leader.
