WA 4-H Horse Program Rule Book Change Request 2026

Please use this survey to make recommendations, comments, suggestions, and other helpful information as it relates specifically to the WA 4-H Equine Program Rule Book. We encourage you to provide constructive, helpful information so that we can understand and consider your request efficiently. Suggestion for changes to next year’s Rule Book must be received by July 15. All suggestions are reviewed first by the WA 4-H Equine Rule Book Committee, then approved by the WA 4-H Equine Committee and the WA State 4-H Program Leader. While we want to be adaptable and responsive, decisions will be made to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both 4-H youth participants and their equine partners, as well as consider current equine industry standards.
