Teen Conference
- Teen Conference Registration will be on 4-H Online open now – closes May 31st at 9:59 Pacific Time
- Cost to attend: Youth $295, Volunteers – no cost

- If you are an enrolled 4-H Youth member or a Volunteer chaperone and would like to attend, sign up here: Teen Conference Registration and sign in with your 4-H Online account, do not create a new member profile. Use the white rectangular box that says “or login” to begin registration.

Payment options include credit card payment via 4-H Online and check payment only includes third-party payments (county payments, Juntos or GEAR UP). If you select the check payment option, you MUST then let us know which of these payment sources you will be using. Similarly, those who choose electronic payment will not have their cards charged until AFTER registration closes. Contact your county extension office with questions about payment options.
Thanks to limited grant funding, we have an opportunity to supply a limited number of scholarships to cover registration fees. To apply for one of these scholarships, please use the checkbox below. No further application is required.
If you are selected for a scholarship, you will be notified after registration closes. If you have elected to use an Electronic payment method, your card will not be charged.
Cost to attend: Youth – $295, Volunteers – no cost, 4-H Conference Youth Facilitator – $195
County Staff: If you wish to have us charge your county or tribal program (workshop or grant only – no checks), please direct your youth to choose non-electronic payment. You will be invoiced AFTER registration closes. Similarly, those who choose electronic payment will not have their cards charged until AFTER registration closes
Transportation to and from Pullman, WA is not provided. We recommend contacting your county 4-H coordinator to inquire about transportation. All in-conference transportation (for tours & workshops) will be included. Please note that youth and chaperones must remain on campus for the entirety of the conference (they should not be driving around or off campus even if they brought a vehicle to the event).

All participants in the conference will stay in Community Duncan Dunn Dormitory on WSU’s Pullman campus. Youth will stay in double occupancy rooms, and adults will stay in single rooms. Youth participants will be roomed with another youth of the same gender listed on their enrollment.Roommates will be pre-assigned, but there is a place in the registration for youth to request a roommate. To increase the probability of being roomed with your requested person, have them request you as well. No changes to roommates will be allowed during the conference. Participants need to bring bedding to this event (pillow, sleeping bag, and/or sheets and blankets) as well as towels and toiletry items. Adult chaperones will have single dorm rooms. Dorm rooms have beds without linens. Chaperones also need to bring bedding to this event (pillow, sleeping bag, and/or sheets and blankets) as well as towels and toiletry items.
Food will be served at Hillside Dining center for all meals except the banquet. Those with dietary needs should make note of those requirements on their registration.
- Arrive on campus from 2:00 – 3:00 pm on Monday, June 22nd at the Community Duncan Dunn Dormitory.

There is no fee for food or lodging at this conferences for our adult chaperones.
All of our 4-H Chaperones must be approved volunteers in 4-H Online for this 4-H year. or faculty and staff of WSU.
Adult chaperones will be expected to attend all workshops and tours. Chaperones will be assigned workshops and tours by the conference coordinator, but may use the box below to request specific workshops or tours. If you are supporting youth presenters, please indicate the workshop(s) you need to be assigned to in the box below. If you have any questions, please reach out to Kelly kelly.a.stewart@wsu.edu.
We will hold conference orientation meetings (many options, only need to attend one) for youth and for staff/faculty/volunteers during the week prior to Teen Conference.
