WSU Beef 200 Course
Beef 200 is a shorter version of the intensive Beef 300 course. This is a two-day, hands-on, short course in Central Washington. The course will focus on teaching producers and marketers how to produce and market quality cattle and beef products, enabling participants to make informed decisions to improve profitability, quality, and wholesomeness of the cattle they are producing. Grant County 4-H/FFA Market Steer Weigh and Tag Day
All Grant County Fair steers, 4-H and FFA, must be weighed and tagged at this time in order to show and sell at the Grant County Fair. Each exhibitor is allowed to weigh in two steers maximum—they do not have to declare if they are 4-H or FFA at this time.
