Washington State AgrAbility Project

AgrAbility is a program sponsored by the USDA that provides assistance to farmers, ranchers, other agricultural workers, and farm family members impacted by disability. Visit the Washington State AgrAbility Project website to learn more.


What is Washington AgrAbility?

Washington AgrAbility offers free consultation services and education to connect you and your family to resources which promote well-being in the workplace and reduce the risk of secondary injury. *Washington AgrAbility does not purchase individual equipment, however, you will be connected with resources available.

Who Can Use AgrAbility?

Anyone working in agriculture experiencing, but not limited to:

  • Arthritis
  • Spinal cord injury/paralysis
  • Back pain
  • Amputations
  • Head and brain injury
  • Visual and hearing impairments
  • PTSD
  • Mental health concerns
  • Respiratory issues
  • Heart conditions and stroke
