Two days of inspiration, education, and community for farmers, producers and all those involved in our local and regional food system.
This year Orcas Island will host the annual San Juan Islands Agricultural Summit on February 7-8, 2020. Gather with more than 150 local farmers, food producers, businesses, and advocates for a weekend filled with education, inspiration, and community.

Registration Desk will be open at 8am-1pm Friday, and all day Saturday at Camp Orkila- Norman Lodge Dining Hall.
Friday morning and afternoon will consist of several extended and hands-on workshops in a variety of locations on Orcas Island. Please register for these workshops individually to reserve your space.
We invite the whole community to join us on Friday evening at Oddfellows Hall for a fun evening of food, drink, and socializing at the Summit Hoedown. Enjoy live music, and great local food for the whole family!
Saturday morning we will gather at Camp Orkila for the Saturday Summit. In addition to the 12 classroom presentations by local and regional experts, this year we have added a Buyer-Producer Meetup, and Trade Show featuring presentations from our 4-H youth.
Saturday Summit Registration is all-inclusive for the whole day, no need to select individual sessions ahead of time. Your ticket covers breakfast and lunch as well as the Tradeshow and Buyer-producer meetup.Schedule overview

The Ag Summit covers your travel expenses (mileage, ferry and meal reimbursement), gives each presenter free registration to all workshops and sessions, and lodging. Please save receipts. For lodging, depending on your needs, we may match you up with a host, put you up at Orkila, or reimburse your hotel expenses up to the federal per diem amount. ($93/night).
How do I use my free registration?

Friday workshop presenters: No need to register for the workshop you are presenting at, just use the code for any other workshops you want to attend on Friday, and the Saturday Summit if you wish to attend.
Saturday presenters: No need to register for Saturday, just use your code to register for any Friday workshops you wish to attend.
Summit venues & locations:
Friday workshops will take place at a variety of host farms on Orcas Island. Directions will be provided a couple of weeks in advance. You will need a vehicle to travel between host farms.
