Gardening

Wahkiakum County has ten WSU Master Gardeners offering advice and resources for local gardening needs.  They  are available throughout the year via phone to answer your plant and insect questions.  They are very active in the Wahkiakum Community Garden, serving in their demonstration gardens and plots for the local food banks.  They write columns in the Wahkiakum Eagle on seasonal gardening topics. They offer a community events, such as the Seed Exchange, to share donated garden seeds and gardening information for the area.
