King County 4-H Educational Kit Checkout Form

Thank you for your interest in borrowing a 4-H STEAM activity kit! These kits are free to use for all King County 4-H partners, clubs, and nonprofit organizations serving youth in King County. They are designed to be flexible, hands-on learning experiences for youth. Please read the agreement and complete all required fields to request a kit. Note: If you are a for profit agency or business interested in checking out a kit, let us know as there is a user fee.
