Club Renewal Checklist:
- The main club leader and all project leaders must renew their volunteer enrollment in 4-H Online after October 1 and update their background check if necessary.
- At least one representative of each club must attend a fall kickoff meeting in person.
- The Part A paperwork (PDF) must be completed and turned in to the 4-H office before youth enrollment will be approved.
- Any clubs with a bank account must complete the Part B paperwork (PDF) and turn it in to the 4-H office by December 1st to meet state filing requirements.
