| May 1 | Fair Entry Registration opening, deadline to be registered for 4-H to participate in fair, barn schedules due to fair |
| May TBD | Horse Certificates due |
| May 30 | Still Life Judges training in Puyallup (more info to come) |
| June 1 | Animal Project entries due in Fair Entry |
| June 1 | Posters due – drop off at KCE office between 10:00AM – 4:00PM |
| June TBD | Critter Crowning applications due |
| June 30 | 4-H Ticket pre-orders due and Superintendent meeting at Expo Center |
| July 11 | Still Life & Photos Due to Activity Hall (at EXPO Center) 11:00AM-3:30PM |
| July TBD | Vet check and load in for all animals except dogs and cats (Time TBD) |
| July 16-19 | King County Fair |
| July 19 | Exhibit releases 6:30 pm or when barns/stables are clean and you are dismissed by Superintendents. Activity Hall – release time after 6:30 pm Sunday, July 19th |
Educational Posters and Displays
Poster tips: Posters may be educational based on your club project or another 4-H project (you can submit up to 4 entries from different categories) or posters may be promotional, highlighting your favorite aspect of 4-H or what you think 4-H has to offer.
