Managing Weeds on the Farm

There are countless ways for farmers to control weeds.  Tillage of all types, various herbicides, mowing, and even cover crops that can suppress weed populations.  Every spring as the earth comes to life weeds make their appearance often in a big way. Bill Wamsley, Lewis County Noxious Weed Coordinator will share various methods to be successful in weed control from those pesky perennials to annuals the keep reseeding themselves.
