Club Renewal & Annual Audit Submission – Due December 1st
December 1, 2025 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
All 4-H Clubs are required to submit their Club Renewal Packet and Annual Financial Audit by December 1st to remain active for the 2025–2026 4-H year.
This submission includes:
• Completed Club Renewal Forms
• Club Audit (if club has a bank account only)
Timely submission ensures your club remains in good standing and eligible to operate in the new program year. Please submit all documents to the Mason County 4-H office or via email to falyn.taylor @wsu.edu by the deadline.
