9:00 a.m. – Final deadline for photography, posters, stall stories, and some written word at the Marie Boe Building, SJC Fairgrounds
Wednesday, August 12 – Intake & Judging Day
9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Animal Intake & Vet Check – Animal Barns
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Still life intake – Marie Boe Building
3:00 p.m. – Livestock weigh in – 4-H Arena
4:00 p.m. – Livestock judging contest – 4-H Arena
5:00 p.m. – Still life evaluation begins – Marie Boe Building
Fair Days
Official fairground hours 10:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
4-H Rambler’s Booth Breakfast 7:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Herdsmanship/Exhibitorship Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for all 4-H barns and departments

After Fair
Monday, August 17
7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – The 4-H building & Animal Barns will be open for exhibit pickup. Please clean animal stalls, leave general areas cleaned up and clear of all exhibits. Thank you for a great year!
