October
- 10/1: Welcome to the new 4-H year! Enroll here: https://v2.4honline.com/
- For existing 4-H clubs, Leaders Council, and Livestock Market Animal Auction Committee:
- Clubs determine which process to use for auditing their financial accounts.
- Audit is implemented and an audit report is submitted to the club treasurer.
- Club Treasurer completes the Annual Financial Summary.

November
- Give thanks – no deadlines in November! (Remember that the 12/1 deadline for submitting all of your financial material is coming up.)
December
- 12/1: 4-H Club Leaders, Leaders Council, and Livestock Market Animal Auction Committee submit the Annual Financial Summary, Audit Report, and Property Inventory Form to the County Extension Office for the previous 4-H year. San Juan County 4-H Livestock Market Animal Auction Committee Deadlines
In order to participate in the auction, you will need to meet all enrollment deadlines, animal ownership deadlines, and otherwise be a 4-H member in good status. Participation in the auction requires your utmost attention to detail; it will help you develop your marketing and sales experience along with the challenges of raising animals for sale. Your animals will need to meet requirements. Please review ALL auction documents and requirements carefully, and ask your 4-H club leaders for assistance.
