  • Updates on the market animal auction, final numbers, and upcoming rule changes.

  • Update on revenue from the Fair.

4. Elections

• Executive Council Elections
  • Opening nominations from the floor for open officer positions.
  • Voting and announcement of the 2026–2027 Executive Council.

• EAS (Educational Activity Support) and Growth Discussion
  • Expansion & Recruitment Strategy: How to increase member participation in EAS events?
  • Adding Events: Are there any other events that would qualify for EAS
    • What could we add (without increasing workload)
    • What would members want
  • Funding Adjustments: Discussion and potential vote on increasing the funding allocated per member to better support youth projects.
