What:
This clinic will be focusing on teamwork, fitting skills for dairy animals, and a showmanship workshop. Animals are provided. Kids will work in assigned groups of three or four members. Teams will be matched up so there is a mixture of ages and skill levels. Teams will work together to wash their heifer and clip her so she is show-ring ready. We hope you will walk away learning new skills that your can use on your own calf for fair and maybe some new friends! If you need any special accommodations or have food allergies please let us know ahead of time.


Things To Bring:
- Bucket
- Wash brush
- Soap
- Garden hose w/nozzle
- Rubber boots
- Towels to help dry calf quicker
- Clippers (big and small)
- Blow dryer with fine tip for toplines
- Extension cord and multi plug
- Clipper oil
- Topline brush Topline sprays
- Fly spray
- Change of clothes (if you want to change after clipping)
- Brooms and shovels for clean up
Bring what you have or can. If you don’t have something hopefully one of your team members will be able to share.
