Deciphering 4-H Online Projects

What project should you to choose in 4-H Online (the online enrollment system for 4-H) to enroll in the project you want to connect with?

Some project titles in the 4-H Online enrollment system don’t match with what we commonly call the project in Snohomish County 4-H. We hope this guide will help you find what you need to enroll in the project you want to connect with. If you have suggestions to add, let us know!

Note: The email address all project communication goes to is the Family Email you entered in 4-H Online.

Food PreservationFood PreservationTo exhibit preserved food(s) at Fair, members must be enrolled in Food Preservation with a certified enrolled 4-H Volunteer who has a Food Preservation certification.  This project cannot be undertaken independently.

Sewing, Knitting, Needlework, Crochet, Fiber ArtsSewingMembers participating in fiber arts may enroll in either Expressive & Visual Arts or Sewing.
Model RailroadSmall EnginesEnroll and then email the office to be added to the roster for Model Railroad.
Cloverbuds (5-7 years old) Swine, Beef, Dairy, Llama, Alpaca, Sheep, Goats, and CloverbudsExploring Farm AnimalsCloverbuds are not eligible to participate hands-on with medium and large livestock (except Novelty & Pygmy Goats), but they can enroll in Exploring Farm Animals and then email the 4-H office to let us know which animal(s) they want to learn about!
Cloverbuds and HorsesHorseless HorseCloverbuds are not eligible to participate hands-on with horses, but they can enroll in Horseless Horse to learn about them!
