National Qualifying Event for Shooting Sports
Registration for the 2025 WA 4-H State Qualifying Event for Shooting Sports is now open through Fair Entry, using your 4-H Online account information.
The event is May 16-18, 2025, in Eatonville, WA.

4-H Teen Conference Registration Open!
Mark your calendars! Teen Conference in Pullman, at the WSU campus, will be June 23-26, 2025.
Registration is limited to 150 youth. Register early to choose your workshops!
This conference focuses on career exploration, college readiness, leadership, and life skill development for 8th – 12th grade youth. Chaperones also needed!
Youth and chaperones may apply for a grant from 4-H Council to support attendance at this event.
Council Meeting Weds, 5/14
All are welcome to join the next 4-H Council meeting on Wednesday, May 14th, at 7:00 p.m. More revisions to the by-laws will be proposed. Hybrid meeting.

Required Training for Volunteers
EP-14: Safety and Protection of Minors
If you are an enrolled volunteer and have not yet taken this training (new this year), you received an e-mail this week from Beth, which you can consult for options to get the training done on your own time by June 1st.
New this month are some Zoom opportunities to complete this training with a staff member. Cameras are required. Check your e-mail or see below:
- Friday, May 9th, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, May 13th, 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Thursday, May 15th, 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Monday, May 19th, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 28th, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Remember, the deadline to complete the new, required WSU training on Safety and Protection of Minors is June 1st.
