Learning Tool for week of April 5th, 2020

Hello 4-H Community!

I accidentally stumbled on this week’s learning tool as I was checking the status of my reservation at one of the Redwood National Park campsites in California.  While I was a bit bummed that my family’s annual camping trip is likely going to be cancelled, I was super stoked to find some amazing virtual tools that helped me explore the parks from home!  If you click on the link below, you can watch some awesome short ranger videos about all sorts of topics, you can find a really great Google Earth experience that allows you to explore five different national parks, and you can find some great learning tools and videos for guided lessons for 1st and 2nd graders.

So, if you were planning on visiting a national park and are bummed that you can’t go, or if you are just curious about some of these amazing parks, this website might be just the thing you need.

Happy exploring!
