4-H Enrollment

Important Notes:

Wahkiakum County 4-H Enrollment is 100% online

This page reviews the instructions for the online enrollment system.  Please call or email Donna Westlind or Carrie Backman at the Extension office if you have questions. If you or your youth need to use one of the Extension office’s computers to enroll, please call and we’ll set up a time to work with you.

Please note, there is a $25 enrollment fee for youth 5-18 years old to join 4-H for the year, but 4-H Leader’s Council will cover the fee for members for 2020-2021 .

The fee is only for youth members; adults are not charged. The 4-H Leader’s Council is covering the $25 fee for youth for the 2020-2021 4-H year.

Login Instructions:

NEW to 4-H

NOTE: If you or a member of your household was enrolled in 4-H in the last 3 years, it’s very likely there is already a profile set up for your family in 4hOnline.  

It’s very important that you do not create a duplicate Family Profile! If a household member might already be in the system, you could accidentally create a duplicate profile. Not sure? Check with the Extension office, 360-795-3278.

If your family is NEW to 4-H and NO member of your household was enrolled in 4-H in WA State in the last 3 years, please use these instructions:
To set up a profile:

Please visit with the local Extension Office OR a local Club leader BEFORE logging in to enroll so we can fill you in on club activities and requirements.

    1. Login to the 4-H Online Enrollment website
      1. Best to use Firefox or Google Chrome browser. If using an Apple computer – make sure it is up to date
    2. Click I need to setup a profile
    3. Click “Wahkiakum” in County box
    4. Enter your email address
    5. Confirm your email address
    6. Type in Last Name (Family Last name)
    7. Create your password following the system’s criteria — it must be a minimum of 8 characters and include at least one number and one symbol or capital letter.
    8. Confirm password
    9. Click Create Login

Previously enrolled in 4-H:

NOTE: If you or a member of your family were previously enrolled and if you are not sure of the exact email for your family profile registered with the system, PLEASE DO NOT login with a different email or set up a new profile with a different email! It’s very important that you don’t accidentally create a duplicate profile. Check with Donna or Carrie at the Extension office for the email address on record, 360-795-3278.

All previous enrollments will need a new password:
  1. Login to the 4-H Online Enrollment website
  2. Remember to use Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari browser.
  3. Click “Forgot Your password.”  Use your family’s primary email address and click Send My Password button.  You will be sent a temporary password with login instructions and links.
  4. Complete the instructions sent by email with the temporary password.  You will be given a chance to change your password later in the system. (Hint copy the temporary password and “paste” it when you first log back in. Some letters/numbers look the same!)
 Logging In

I need to re-enroll or update my profile: If you have updates after you’ve created a new password, use these instructions to add a new family member, make changes or add projects, etc.

  1. Login to the 4-H Online Enrollment website
    Remember to use Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari browser.
  2. Click “I have a profile”
  3. Enter your email address on record
  4. Enter your password (If you don’t remember your password, please follow the above directions to re-set password.)
  5. Click Login button
