Tabling Event @ Start the Conversation: Suicide Prevention & Awareness Resource Event

This is a community Suicide Prevention and Awareness Resource Fair on September 22, 2026, from 3:00 PM–7:00 PM. The event is tentatively titled “Start the Conversation: Suicide Prevention & Awareness Resource Event” and will be hosted at Stilly Valley Health Connections (3405 173rd Pl NE, Arlington).
The purpose of this event is to provide suicide prevention and awareness resources for both youth and adults while encouraging open conversations about mental health and suicide prevention. Attendees will find resource tables, several activities and presentations, including:
- Three guest speakers presenting on suicide prevention and awareness
- Therapy dogs provided by Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital
- Tie-dye shirt activities for youth and adults
- Mental health support rock painting
- Dinner and snacks for participating organizations and attendees
The goal is to start important conversations within our community and increase awareness during Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month.
