Washington State
4-H Fair

4-H at the State Fair

The Washington State 4-H Fair is a collaborative community event, showcasing and promoting the achievements and talents of youth as they work toward building their successful futures.

We accomplish this by:

  • Providing educational experiences relating to projects, activities, personal skills and accomplishments;
  • Providing recognition and inspiration to 4-H members and leaders toward greater achievement;
  • Providing an opportunity and challenge to broaden relationships with others youth and adults and with other 4-H programs;
  • Provide a dynamic and comprehensive review of 4-H and its accomplishments to the people of the State of Washington.
  • Education and engaging the community.
  • Developing leadership skills.
  • To print the Exhibitor Guide as PDF, click on the “Printable Documents” at the end of the book or in the “Table of Contents.” Select the guide and use your browser’s Print Function to print a copy of each page. You can also use your Print Function to save the document as a PDF.

FairEntry is a fair management software from the same company that owns 4-H Online. Both systems integrate so members can log in using their 4-H Online credentials on both.

The first time you enter FairEntry, check to make sure your address is correct as this is the address used for sending premium checks.

Project affiliation will be required for most entries, so check to make sure your project list is correct in 4-H Online.  If a project is missing from your profile, you must contact your local 4-H office to have projects added.

It is recommended that any animals you use in fairs be entered into 4-H Online.   Animals created in FairEntry will only be accessible during the current year’s fairs.
