2018 WAFFP 67th Annual Conference

$260Please join us September 19 – 21 in Chelan, Washington for the 67th annual Washington Assn for Food Protection Conference. We are excited to share our agenda this year, including Kathleen Glass, Ph. D., a senior scientist and associate director at the Food Research Institute of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kathy will be updating us on Listeria – a subject that is of interest to many of our attendees. Nina Parkinson from NGP Consulting and the director of the UC Davis Laboratory for Research in Food Development will share her experiences of training through language and cultural barriers.

On the site, you will be able to register and pay for the conference. $260 registration fee includes your WAFFP annual membership fee, 2 Breakfasts, 2 Lunches and one Banquet dinner. You may also add-on additional meals for guests, as well as for golf. You will also be able to choose your banquet meal options on this site.

The golf tournament will be held again at Bear Mountain Golf Resort on Wednesday, September 19th – and tee time is at 10:30 am. The fee for those that wish to golf is $90.00, which includes 18 holes, box lunch and ½ cart.
