The Northwest Food Safety & Sanitation Workshop addresses basic sanitation as well as cutting edge issues related to food sanitation and food safety. Topics having broad interest are covered in the general sessions. There are more specific subjects discussed in small breakout sessions, with basic and advanced tracks available.

Fee
$50 per person

Certificate of Attendance
We will only issue certificate of attendance to paid registrants.  For example, only one person ‘Butch T Cougar’ pays and receives the Zoom link, but eight people are in the room watching the training.  We will only issue one certificate of attendance to ‘Butch’.
Payment Policy
All registration fees must be paid in US Dollars. Full payment must be made prior to attendance of the event. Registrations must be completed with full payment by the stated deadlines to be accepted at the applicable rate. Acceptable methods of payment for registration are credit cards or an IRI for Washington State University attendees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will result in no refunds.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions will be allowed at any time. Please submit substitution requests in writing via email to Cathy Blood, blood@wsu.edu.
