4-H Group Enrollment

Help us tell the story of 4-H by capturing the youth who participate in our programs. Each year, Washington State 4-H reports membership numbers to the USDA, and your efforts make that possible.

When recording participation in 4-H group projects, we do not collect individual names. Instead, all demographic information must be self-identified. If a participant chooses not to share certain details, you can simply use the “Unidentified” option available in each category.
