2023 Super Saturday

Save the date of January 28, 2023 for the 2023 Super Saturday.  We will be back at Ford Middle School in the Midland area.  We are looking for instructors for workshops that are fun, serious, instructional, project or hobby related, or all of the above.  Any adult or youth can lead a workshop.  If you are interested fill out a 2023 Workshop Proposal Form and email it to Mike Seiber.

Ideas for workshops: photography, origami, STEM, veggie treats, club program planning, fruit treats, bird houses, Roberts Rules of Order, bird feeders, card making, recycle art, tie dying, tile mosaic, project jeopardy, sharpy tile art, poster making, social media, public presentations, finance, community service, project related activities or training, gardening, and many many more.

Your 4-H staff is working from home and our office to help our leaders and clubs deliver our program.  If you have questions, concerns or would like to schedule an appointment, contact either Shelley Friend or Mike Seiber.

WSU 4-H  Youth Development Tuesday News

Each week, Washington State University Extenion – 4-H Youth Development publishes a weekly newspaper that announces different events around the state and talks about different news in the 4-H world. This will help you stay up-to-date with Washington State 4-H!

HOW TO SUPPORT PIERCE COUNTY 4-H

Apply for a Fred Meyer Community Rewards card.  These contributions enhance our programming efforts, for such things as Opportunity Grants, Scholarships and Club Support, and is a benefit to all of our 4-H members. Our group is Pierce County 4-H Council #90289.

If you do not have a Rewards card, please talk to Fred Meyer’s staff and find out how to apply for one, or go to https://www.fredmeyer.com/topic/community-rewards-4.  This will not interfere with your personal Rewards.
