About the Gardens

Master Gardener Demonstration Gardens are open outdoor classrooms designed for hands-on learning, community engagement and open research-based resource sharing.

These outdoor classrooms provide gardeners and environmental advocates the opportunity to learn and practice sustainable gardening techniques. Master Gardeners demonstrate skills through hands on classes, workshops, and field days a ranging from gardening practices including water wise gardens, native plant gardens, raised bed vegetable gardening, composting, container gardening, berry beds and more.

All classes are free and open to the public.
