The Regional Small Farms program makes every effort to provide programming free of cost to our farming community. In order to do so we rely on class fees from our Cultivating Success series as well as donations from supporters like you. If you are considering making a donation to our program but would like more information please reach out to us anytime with questions.
Here is a quick breakdown of what your donation can do for our program:
- Ability to provide farmers a free WSDA Handbook for Small and Direct Marketing Farms.
- Partial and full scholarships for farmers to attend Cultivating Success classes (Whole Farm Planning & Agricultural Entrepreneurship).
- Funds to support our Dirt Talk Farm Walk events and farmer honorariums, giving thanks for the time and expertise of our farmer hosts.
- Ongoing program needs (printing, postage, signage and other unforeseen costs not included in our budget).
