Agricultural Leases 101

When leasing land, developing a strong agricultural lease is important to all parties involved. In this webinar, we will walk participants through important considerations of an ag lease.

-Definition of terms in a lease and sample language
-The importance of having a lease when leasing land as a farmer or landowner
-Overall lease structure – the nuts and bolts of an ag lease
-Examples of strong ag lease templates
-Determining ag lease rates
