Breeding, Incubating & Hatching Your Own Flock

Join WSU Extension’s Regional Small Farms Program and Peninsula Poultry Breeders Association for this educational workshop for poultry growers. We will explore how to set up a small-scale breeding program, manage a breeding flock, select the best breeders, details of incubation, what to look for when purchasing an incubator, how to utilize a broody hen to raise chicks and troubleshoot any questions or challenges.
