4-H Junior and Teen Leadership Pin Application

Junior and Teen Leadership Pins recognize 4-H members who demonstrate leadership within their club and/or county. Requests must be submitted by the member's main club leader by the first Monday in October. Junior Leadership: Ages 12 and under as of October 1 Teen Leadership: Ages 13 and older as of October 1

How to determine the year: The number marker represents the number of years the member has participated at their current leadership level. A first-year Junior or Teen Leader receives the corresponding Leadership Pin and a #1 marker. Each consecutive year at that level earns the next number marker. When a Junior Leader advances to Teen Leadership, they receive a Teen Leadership Pin and begin with a #1 Teen Leadership marker, regardless of how many years they previously served as a Junior Leader.
