4-H Junior and Teen Leadership Pin Application

Junior and Teen Leadership Pins recognize 4-H members who demonstrate leadership within their club and/or county. Requests must be submitted by the member's main club leader by the first Monday in October. Junior Leadership is for youth ages 12 and under as of October 1, and Teen Leadership is for youth ages 13 and older as of October 1.

How to determine the year: The number marker represents the number of years the member has participated at their current leadership level. A first-year Junior or Teen Leader receives the corresponding Leadership Pin and a #1 marker. Each consecutive year at that level earns the next number marker. When a Junior Leader advances to Teen Leadership, they receive a Teen Leadership Pin and begin with a #1 Teen Leadership marker, regardless of how many years they previously served as a Junior Leader.
