4-H members who meet the following requirements are eligible to recieve a year pin. Year pin requests must be submitted online by the first Monday in October.
HEART: Youth was enrolled in the Skagit County 4-H program
HEALTH: Youth actively participated in club events and attended 2/3rds of their club meetings
HEAD: Youth submitted a completed record book to be judged in the county contest
HANDS: Youth participated in a community service project
