Preserve Pickles and Sauerkraut!

Learn to safely preserve vegetables and fruits using the quick pickling method and fermentation method. In this workshop, we’ll learn about short and long term storage methods for pickles including some basic info about the water bath canning method. We’ll learn about the fermentation process and learn how to successfully make some amazing sauerkraut.
