Evaluation Criteria
- Neat, complete, and in correct order
- Calendar – date, event, time, location, shows scope of involvement in project(s)
- Goals – specific, measurable, appropriate, consistent with age, experience, ability level
- Realistic add sheets (money/time looks accurate and reasonable)
- Highlights – thoughtful, detailed, and reflective; what was learned, give examples, related to goals; problems and how solved or still working on; successes experienced, why, how; do differently next time
- 4-H Story – lots of detail, clear voice; introduce yourself, write about project(s), club, community, and school experiences, how you have changed
- Supplemental information- related to 4-H Story, does not repeat highlights
- Evidence of effort to go above and beyond minimum requirements
- Evidence of growth throughout the year, member’s personality
