4-H Council Grants

Need a grant for your club or your program?

Use the 4-H Club/Program Grant Application form when 4-H programs, clubs, and projects request financial assistance to support, improve, or expand the experience of 4-H members who participate in the program, club or project.

Deadlines

Applications for the Program/Club grants are evaluated twice a year in a competitive process.  To apply, submit the application by April 30th or September 30th.

Guidelines for Program/Club Grant Requests

Not sure which grant application to use?

  • Use the 4-H Council Grant Application form when individual 4-H Enrolled Members or 4-H Certified Volunteers request financial assistance to attend events or activities.
  • Use the 4-H Program-Club Grant Application form when 4-H programs, clubs and projects request financial assistance to support, improve or expand their 4-H member’s experience who participate in the program, club or project.

Complete all questions in the blue boxes of the Grant Application.  Incomplete applications may be returned to the applicant without consideration for a grant award.

Previously submitted applications can be revised and re-submitted for the next application deadline/review.

The Grant Committee may award a portion or none of the requested amount.  The award amount is based on several factors, including the availability of funds.

Applications must be received by the WSU-Snohomish County Extension/4-H office on or before: September 30th and April 30th.

Programs, Projects and Clubs in good standing in Snohomish County 4-H are eligible to apply.  Eligibility will be verified.

All grant awards are paid on a reimbursement basis, using the Grant Reimbursement Form.

If additional information is needed by the Grant Committee, a member of the Grant Committee will make a reasonable effort to contact the Application Contact Person using the phone and/or email provided.
