- Use the Debbie Foster Memorial Grant application only if you are a youth 4-H member.

- Incomplete or illegible applications may be returned to the applicant without consideration for a grant award.
- The Grant Committee may award all, a portion or none of the requested amount. The award amount is based on several factors, including the availability of funds.
- For reasonable application review and payment processes, applications must be received by the WSU-Snohomish County Extension/4-H office at least 30 days prior to the event.
- Only certified Volunteers and enrolled Members in good standing in Snohomish County 4-H are eligible to apply. Eligibility will be verified.
- Non 4-H events may not qualify for grant awards.
- Approved grant awards are to be used only for the requested purpose. If unable to attend an event or the event is cancelled, grant awards are to be returned/refunded to Snohomish County 4-H Council.
- Approved grant awards will be communicated by the Grant Committee using the phone and email information provided on the application.
