Enhancing Vital Organizational and Leadership Skills Through Volunteer Education

The EVOLVE Program is a combination of education and recognition that will leave you with more skills and knowledge to run your club, project, program, or other group.

EVOLVE Program Goals

  • Provide quality education focused on attractive topics for leaders of youth groups
  • Increase the quality of leadership and content of youth programs
  • Recognize volunteers for their commitment to increasing the quality of programming

Each of the four main areas has various workshops that will be offered on a rotating basis over a three-year period. Upon completion of a prescribed course of education, volunteers will receive a certain level of recognition. Each category’s prescribed course will contain some required and some elective workshops. Depending on the volunteer position held, a prescribed coursework must be completed over a two-year period. Please view below to see position requirements.

  • Only the basic online trainings required of all volunteers (entry level)
  • Also complete annual Volunteer Update, along with all other volunteers
