Fair Information
4-H Members interested in participating in the Evergreen State Fair (our Snohomish County 4-H Fair) can use the following checklist to be aware of and meet requirements. Hardships for special circumstances may be considered.
- Enroll in the horse project in 4-H Online by March 31
- File a Horse Certificate by June 1
- Participate in a Horse Judging Contest
- Present a Public Presentation or Demonstration to your 4-H club or in a county contest before the Fair entry due date (July)
- Verify and complete requirements associated with your discipline(s). For example, in over fences, you must participate in a county show with the same horse and in the same level classes you plan to enter at Fair.
- Be sure your record book is up to date, up to the fair entry due date (July)
- Verify and complete requirements of your 4-H club, if applicable
