Organic Lawn Care – a free gardening workshop
August 15 @ 11:00 am – 12:30 pm
Meet at the Compost Area. We will be outside and sitting, standing and walking on pavement, gravel and grass. Please plan clothing and footwear accordingly.
Seating is limited and you are welcome to bring your own chair.
No advance registration required, just show up.
Free and open to all!

The workshop will take place outdoors near the compost demonstration area at CLP. Please dress appropriately.
We will discuss:
- How to maintain a healthy lawn without chemicals or commercial fertilizer
- The unique properties of grass and turf
- The role of lawns in our modern landscapes
