4-H Teen Leader of the Year Nomination

Purpose

The purpose of this annual award is to recognize and encourage teen 4-H leaders who take special interest in and offer special help to 4-H members, clubs, at county 4-H activities, and in the community affairs.

Details

Teens must be in the 8th grade or above.
Teen is nominated by an adult, 4-H volunteer, or the 4-H Office staff by submitting this form.
The Awards Committee will contact the nominee to schedule an interview that will be held before the County Awards event.
Each nominee is required to submit a one-page resume at the time of the interview. Record books are not a requirement for this award.
A 4-H teen member can only win this award once.
