Area V Livestock Judging Day at Freeman’s Dairy
All county 4-H & FFA members are invited to come and practice their livestock judging skills. Judging classes will include horses, beef cattle, dairy cattle, swine, sheep, and goats. This is a good place to fit in a demonstration, to practice for fair and to meet up with friends from around the county. Design a Logo and/or a Poster Contest for 2019 Eco-Gardening Symposium
Design a Poster Contest: This contest is open to all. The winning design will be displayed throughout the Columbia Basin and at the annual Eco-Gardening Symposium in April 2019. Design a Logo Contest: This contest is open to all. The winning design will be used as the official logo for the Columbia Basin Eco-Gardening Symposium. Contest details and contact information. 4-H 101 Leader Training
4-H 101 is required for NEW 4-H volunteer leaders and those that have had a lapse in their volunteer years. WSU Grant-Adams Extension, Adams County Extension and Lincoln County Extension will be offering additional trainings this winter and spring. Adams County Extension is offering a training on Thursday, January 31st in Connell at Michael Jay’s Restaurant meeting room, beginning at 5:00 p.m.
