Sponsored by Grant County Horse Association At the March 30, 2018 clinic we can complete 4-H horse ownership certificates for any 4-H members who need certificates. April 1 is the date certificates are due. We are going to weigh using the livestock scale, use a weight tape to estimate weight and measure horse’s height and blanket sizes.
