Sponsored by Grant County Horse Association At the March 30, 2018 clinic we can complete 4-H horse ownership certificates for any 4-H members who need certificates.  April 1 is the date certificates are due. We are going to weigh using the livestock scale, use a weight tape to estimate weight and measure horse’s height and blanket sizes.  Photos will be taken of each horse with all their measurements.  No appointment is necessary for weight, measure and photo.
