Design and create promotional materials and graphics using Canva and similar design platforms to create a variety of digital and hard copy resources

Coordinate and confirm event logistics with 4-H volunteers and WSU Extension staff

Develop timelines and schedules for sharing promotional materials and graphics on a variety of digital platforms and community events

Engage with 4-H youth members and adult volunteers to support education and facilitate 4-H activities/programs

4-H Council Recognition Committee

Support planning, scheduling, and coordinating annual recognition events

Engage with 4-H youth and adults to educate and support award applications

Complete a GH 4-H Council scoresheet for each member’s entry

Meet with the 4-H Record Book Team to review scoresheets

Review financial records (invoices, bills, deposits) in consultation with 4-H Treasurer

Complete an annual financial audit using resources outlined in WSU Publications

Review 4-H Scholarship applications in consultation with other 4-H team members

Vice President – Potential Tasks
- Preside at monthly 4-H Council meetings, w/direct leadership in absence of President
- Plan 4-H Council meeting agendas in consultation with the Council team
- Work with WSU 4-H staff to share 4-H information with the community
- Engage with 4-H youth & adults to support & facilitate 4-H activities/programs
- Facilitate/support committee work such as scholarship, recognition, etc.
- Participate in developing goals to guide the GH 4-H Youth Development Prog.
- Conduct meetings, listen, and communicate effectively with youth and adult
