Adoption of 2025 Noxious Weed List

This is an open public meeting for comment regarding the proposed changes to the 2025 Noxious Weed List which includes additional parameters regarding the selection of and loosestrife (Lythrum vigatum) and the addition of scotch broom (Cytisus scoparius) within mined county pits.
Both species are selected at the county level and their parameters for control are outlined in the agenda found here.
