Help/Donation Sign-ups Due – GH 4-H Council Spring Bingo

The Grays Harbor 4-H Council would like to request your help at the Spring bingo event and to invite you, your family, and friends to come join the fun at 7 pm on Saturday, April 18th!
The Council would like to thank everyone who has donated so far, and invite you to help in the following ways:
A) By donating prizes for the event
> Gift cards with a $10 value
(20 needed)…(0 already received!);
> Gift cards with a $25 value (or a gift basket of equal value)
(2 needed)…(0 already received!)

B) By donating baked goodies for the raffle;
(many needed!)
** If you are able to donate a gift card or baked goods, please use the contact information listed below to let Cathy know:
> how many gift cards will be donated
> how many baked goods will be donated
> if donations will be:
– dropped off at the WSU Extension office by 4pm on Thursday the 16th,
or
– dropped off at the Olympic View Grange on Saturday the 18th at 4pm.

C) By volunteering to help with:
> set up at 4pm on Saturday, April 18th
> clean up immediately following the bingo event
> help with number call back;
> help in kitchen

D) By sharing information about this event in your club, community, and among family members.
