WESTERN REGIONAL 4-H FORUM E-SESSIONS Oregon 4-H is hosting the 2015 Forum by presenting the first-ever Western Regional 4-H Forum via technology. Billed as an E-Forum, volunteers, staff, and interested community members will have the opportunity to participate in an evening session (6:30-8pm) on March 2nd.
