Water Quality

Posted by cahnrs.webteam | October 3, 2013

The Jefferson County Marine Resources Committee has been working with WA Dept of Health under a grant from the US Environmental Protection Agency to establish a new voluntary no-anchor zone in Port Hadlock to protect water quality and local shellfish beds.  Interpretive signs have been installed and marker buoys which indicate the boundaries of this voluntary no-anchor zone will be installed once the permits are issued.
