Join the Jefferson County Marine Resources Committee on Friday, June 28^th from 9am-12pm, weeding and refreshing 3 rain gardens all in the same vicinity in Port Townsend. (Meet at Garfield and Adams). Volunteers will help to remove weeds and cut back overgrowth to ensure rain gardens are in good shape for collecting and treating stormwater. Gardening gloves and equipment will be available, but please bring any favorites you prefer to use. Please also bring water, and we’ll have some snacks on hand!
