WSU Beach Watchers aim to keep Snohomish County’s beaches beautiful and trash free by holding a beach clean-up at Howarth Park, in collaboration with the Snohomish County Marine Resource Committee. Refreshments will be provided. Please meet at the off leash dog area beach access point.
