STEVENS COUNTY 4-H PROGRAM

The 2025 Outstanding 4-H Teen was jointly shared by David Jabaay (below) and Jacki Ward (2nd from left), both with Hunters Community 4-H. Priscilla Greenhagen (far right), with Country 4-H, was recognized with Honorable Mention. Congratulations to all the nominees – each was truly outstanding.

2025 4-H Leader of the Year: Tiffany Frost

2025 4-H Leader of the Year

Tiffany Frost (left) was selected as the 2025 Leader of Year. She has been co-leader of Country Club 4-H for several years. Tiffany places on emphasis on education and providing opportunities for club members. She is a dedicated leader always working “to make the best better.”

Record Book certificates went to Tommie Guatney and Mak Hellie.

4-H project medals were awarded to Mak Hellie and Miki Hellie for beef and livestock judging. High score judging contest medals were earned by Thorin Sargent (dog), and Breyden Gleave (livestock). Tommie Guatney received medals for beef and high score Public Presentation.

Leader Years of Service
Shannon Otter received a five years of service pin and Jean Willey received her 10-year pin. Roberta Mcirvin was recognized for 20-years of service. Twenty-five years of service pins were awarded to Marvin Burgess and Dean and Ina Hellie.

Donny Dotts was named the 2025 4-H Supporter of the Year for his many contributions to Camp Princess Pine improvements.

Head, Heart, Hands, and Health Award

Marvin Burgess was awarded the Head, Heart, Hands, and Health Award for his tireless support of Stevens County 4-H youth. He has long been a project leader and supporter of youth in the beef project. He is always helping whether it is at Meat ‘n Good Time or hauling kids and animals to where they need to be.

State Fair attendance certificates were awarded to Hank and Halle Johnson, Megan and Annalee Wood, Liam Starkey, Thorin Sargent, Chloe Atkins, Sharene Ashby, and Tristan Otter.

2025 4H Head, Heart, Hands, and Health Award winner: Marvin Burgess (with Hailey Leaden).
